These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Solto Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or working with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Our Services
We provide bespoke website design, development and ongoing hosting/maintenance services. All work is scoped and agreed in writing before any project begins.
Payments
Fees are agreed in advance. Hosting and retainers are billed monthly or annually. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
Intellectual Property
Solto Digital retains ownership of all design, code and assets until all fees are paid in full. Upon full payment, ownership rights transfer to the client unless otherwise agreed.
Revisions & Client Responsibilities
Reasonable revisions are included as per your project agreement. Delays caused by late content or approvals may impact agreed timelines.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any losses arising from factors outside our control, including server outages, third-party provider issues, or content supplied by the client.
Refunds & Deliverables Policy
Solto Digital provides custom digital services. Work is delivered in clear stages with client approval at key points.
Refunds
As all work is bespoke, refunds are not available once the project has commenced. If you choose to end the project early, any completed work to date will be invoiced.
Deliverables
A project is considered complete once the agreed deliverable has been provided and approved. Any further changes after sign-off may incur additional cost.
Ongoing Hosting & Maintenance
Hosting and retainers operate on a rolling basis. You may cancel with 30 days’ notice. Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable.
Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to websites hosted or maintained by Solto Digital.
Prohibited Use
You must not use our services to host:
Illegal, fraudulent or misleading content
Hate speech, extremist or violent material
Spam, phishing or unauthorised marketing
Copyright-infringing or stolen content
Website Integrity
You must not attempt to compromise security, disrupt performance, or allow unauthorised access to the website or server.
Suspension & Termination
Solto Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate hosting or maintenance immediately if this policy is breached.
